SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and despatched within 3-5 working days. Should the item not be in stock, we will email you within 48 hours.

Singapore Domestic Orders:

• We use flat-rate shipping of S$4.00 for orders below S$100. 

• Free shipping is provided if the order (not valid with other promotions) is S$100.00 and above.

International Orders:

•  International shipping is available and shipping costs will be based on the weight and size of the products.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY 

International orders may be subjected to local tax and charges. Any custom or import duties must be paid by the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country, hence, please contact your local custom office for more information before your purchase. We will not be liable for any additional or custom charges on your order and we shall not refund any parcel that is abandoned as a result of non-payment for any such charges. 

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. We do not take responsibility for parcels that are stolen, lost or delayed via the courier or mail service.
